Le Capella sur Vignieu

I came on Friday evening with my husband, fresh from the spa. We discovered excellent cuisine and service. The place is very welcoming, the atmosphere warm and inviting. We were very satisfied throughout the entire meal, and that's so nice—it's hard to find a place where you can find something to recommend! What also made us happy were the little (and complimentary) touches, like an amuse-bouche, a "post-dessert" drink, and a wine recommendation. This contributes to customer satisfaction, I assure you. Of course, the quality of the food was excellent; the duck was cooked to perfection, in my case, and the presentation was very elegant from start to finish, making you want to savor this beautiful cuisine. I highly recommend this restaurant, both online and to my friends and family, as this experience was very positive and I'm sure I'll remember it for a long time. Congratulations to the whole team, thank you so much, and I look forward to seeing you again!

On one of the last evenings of February, quite by chance, my wife and I had an extraordinary experience. What a wonderful moment! The place, the staff—what more can I say than congratulations! But that's not all! A huge thank you to the chef who allowed us to savor his cuisine, where taste truly serves the ingredients. A beautiful harmony of flavors. The different dishes were so delightful, an exceptional signature that allowed us to discover another way of approaching the art of refined cuisine. A big bravo! What are some areas for improvement in this incredible tasting experience? A better adjustment of portion sizes, perhaps a slightly oversized starter. And a bit more flair, like a cocktail prepared fresh in front of the customer? A crème brûlée flambéed at the table? In any case, our sincere congratulations, and we will certainly be back!

What a wonderful discovery this restaurant is, located in a medieval castle! A gastronomic meal where each dish is a true journey through a world of flavors. Bold yet absolutely fabulous choices, like the unlikely but delicious combination of pineapple and snails!

An incredible experience, restaurant visited on Friday, October 17, 2025 An almost mystical and immersive atmosphere, thanks to the beauty of the venue, the decor, the service, the interactions with the servers, and their work attire. A true culinary delight, in a place with incredible charm, unique and surprising flavors, understated luxury, and a musical ambiance that remains intimate despite the presence of other guests. A hearty meal with refined cuisine. We participated in a seafood evening, and although my darling isn't usually a fan, he was won over by the meal.
