Very good classic and forest tartes flambées; pleasant welcome; possibility of eating inside the restaurant or on the terrace which is located in a quiet pedestrian-only street. We will come back for another stay in Colmar!

The tarte flambée was delicious.
On the other hand, the tab was served sliced and drowned in a pepper sauce and the spaezles were too salty.

The tartes flambées are always just as good but on the other hand the prices are prohibitive and the setting doesn't justify it either; 35 euros for a bottle of Pinot noir, 10 euros for crème brûlée, about 2 euros extra on tartes flambées, did you use a bicycle pump for the new menu? The service is also limited but with the concern to do well.
Unfortunately we won't be coming back for now.

Quiet restaurant where you eat well.
The food is good, the service pleasant, it's a shame that the choice of desserts is quite limited.

Very good experience, in this restaurant, the owner is really welcoming, the waiters give good advice. Regarding the dishes, nothing to complain about, quality cooking products respected and a wait time that is more than adequate. I'm really happy that I was able to have a nice time like this. A big thank-you .

Slightly unprepossessing start to our meal as the waiter didn't seem very engaged (or engaging). However, he "woke up" and provided a friendly, efficient and helpful service after that. We deduced that the chef didn't start until 7pm and we arrived at 6:30pm so he wasn't sure how to play it. It played in our favour, as we hadn't noticed the "specials" board so we're able to change an order. They specialise in game and my wife had a superb guinea fowl breast in a yummy cep sauce. My typically Alsacian meal was also good. We ate outside, but noticed the really plush seating and tables inside when we paid the bill. This place is right at the edge of the old town and probably doesn't get as much custom as it deserves.
