He is, for us, the best craftsman in France from Colombes/La Garenne/Asnières.

After a slight hiccup with the delivery of my strawberry cake, the shop offered me a goodwill gesture which allowed me to try the raspberry cake as well as the vanilla and red fruit macaron: my guests loved them (and so did I). I recommend this place :)

The cakes are good, but the cakes are old-fashioned, too sweet, and above all, very, very expensive; it must be the packaging that drives up the prices. The other caramels are good, and the citrus chocolate bars are good, but the chocolate itself isn't very refined. I made a detour two or three times to buy some, but I won't do it again. I might stop by, maybe, but that's all.

We've been to the pastry shop a lot and have often been satisfied, however, we've noticed a decline in quality lately… The blueberry speculoos entremet, which tasted only of lemon (not listed in the ingredients), the marshmallow bears for Valentine's Day, which had a strange texture, and other small disappointments that mean we're coming less and less often…

We were already familiar with Nicolas Bernardé's work and were regular customers of his cakes. When we started planning our wedding, there wasn't a moment's hesitation; it was a no-brainer to entrust him with our wedding cake.
The result exceeded all our expectations. The cake was as magnificent as it was delicious. All our guests commented on it, and we received nothing but compliments.
A huge thank you; we couldn't have hoped for a better way to end our wedding meal.
