The cakes are good, but the cakes are old-fashioned, too sweet, and above all, very, very expensive; it must be the packaging that drives up the prices. The other caramels are good, and the citrus chocolate bars are good, but the chocolate itself isn't very refined. I made a detour two or three times to buy some, but I won't do it again. I might stop by, maybe, but that's all.

We've been to the pastry shop a lot and have often been satisfied, however, we've noticed a decline in quality lately… The blueberry speculoos entremet, which tasted only of lemon (not listed in the ingredients), the marshmallow bears for Valentine's Day, which had a strange texture, and other small disappointments that mean we're coming less and less often…

We were already familiar with Nicolas Bernardé's work and were regular customers of his cakes. When we started planning our wedding, there wasn't a moment's hesitation; it was a no-brainer to entrust him with our wedding cake.
The result exceeded all our expectations. The cake was as magnificent as it was delicious. All our guests commented on it, and we received nothing but compliments.
A huge thank you; we couldn't have hoped for a better way to end our wedding meal.

It was lovely, but rather odd to be asked if I wanted a bag for my cake. You understand, we're not going to walk around with a large cake in our hands outside... Hygienically, it's simply not acceptable. I felt uncomfortable, so please don't do that again with your customers, especially since my husband has been buying cakes from you for six years; this was the first time I came myself. Thank you.
