Pâtisserie Nicolas Bernardé sur La Garenne-Colombes

Very happy with the cooking class given by chef Bernardé. They offer cooking classes of approximately 3 to 4 hours on weekends for small groups. It was great, we did the course in the kitchens where the pastries are prepared, learned basic techniques and got useful tips for our own pastry experience. We had taken the chocolate egg course, we left with a huge egg garnished sumptuously. Thanks to the chef and his lovely teams

Caramel, cookies, chocolate... everything... it was delicious! When I entered the store, when they realized I could not speak French, they called in an English-speaking staff member to help me. With the help of Google Translate, I was able to make a good purchase. It was a bit far from Paris, and it was raining and there was a strike, so I had a tough time, but I'm really glad I visited.

I first want to say a BIG thank you to the chef and his team for this course I had the chance to participate in the pastry course for the honored saint provided by chef Nicolas Bernardé, it was 3 hours of happiness, good humor and sharing. I learned lots of things and above all gained confidence in myself to attempt certain achievements. The chef and his team are professional, educational and above all full of kindness in their advice. Being a real beginner and especially being the “dune hat” of the group, you are immediately at ease and reassured. These 3 hours pass too quickly between advice, chef's tips and sharing. I only want to take another course to learn more. A little extra, tasting the dessert made by the chef is a real treat. If you like baking, want to learn things and get out of your comfort zone, go for the course and it's worth it!!

Excellent pastry from MOF Nicolas Bernardé, we are never disappointed, especially with the Saturday creations. I also recommend the pastry classes that are offered. A sure value 👌🏼

I thought I could buy the pastries on site but you would have to order 24/48 hours in advance (even though I don't live in the area and I came specifically for the pastries which look magnificent in photos!). Only cakes and macarons are available in the store. I don't feel very well advised by the saleswoman either. A little disappointed with my visit…

All the pastries are delicious. But a big downside for the galette des rois at 33 euros that they serve you in a small paper bag that you can't even close... It's very cheap and not at all practical for storing...

De très bonnes pâtisserie avec des gâteaux originaux et gourmands. Les macarons sont généreux et bons, également. Pour les amateurs de chocolat noir, les ganaches sont intenses en cacao. Je recommande bien volontiers cet artisan et toute son équipe.
