It was lovely, but rather odd to be asked if I wanted a bag for my cake. You understand, we're not going to walk around with a large cake in our hands outside... Hygienically, it's simply not acceptable. I felt uncomfortable, so please don't do that again with your customers, especially since my husband has been buying cakes from you for six years; this was the first time I came myself. Thank you.

I participated in the "St-Honoré" pastry workshop. It was a delightful and wonderful experience, full of enriching moments, with a truly great man, Nicolas Bernardé, who loves to share his knowledge and teach. And, of course, there was a tasting at the end of the workshop 😉 Thank you for this delicious experience. 🙏

The day I walked through the door of Nicolas Bernardé's shop, it was pure delight.
First, the aromas and the sight:
Chocolate, cakes, macarons, madeleines, jams...
Everything is delicious.
Nicolas Bernardé is a passionate craftsman,
A maker of delicacies that he creates with his team.
His exacting standards have made me a regular.

A wonderful experience!
The pastry class was enjoyable, interesting, and well-organized. The chef was very kind, patient, and passionate. I learned new techniques while having a great time.

Today, as every week, Saturday's cake
was excellent.
It's always a pleasure to discover the chef's creations
which justify his awards as Best Pastry Chef and Chef of the World.
The combination of vanilla, mint, and lemon was a real treat.
I'm looking forward to next week. I appreciate
this formula of a different cake
each week.

The welcome was mediocre; a few more smiles would have been much appreciated.
The Easter cake didn't contain any treats in the egg as described. Disappointing.
