The welcome was mediocre; a few more smiles would have been much appreciated.
The Easter cake didn't contain any treats in the egg as described. Disappointing.

The cakes are delicious. The chocolates are incredible, but it's such a shame that the people serving us are so unpleasant and unfriendly. It would be good if they could improve in this area, because it doesn't make us want to come back despite your excellent products.

Why not 5 stars? Because as good as the creations are, when you spend over €100 and are charged for two small bags at 20 cents each, it's downright anti-business! And especially when they realize the customer isn't happy, they don't offer even a small compensation (even a fried fish would have done the trick!!). In short, first and last visit, which is a real shame because the food is very good, but they really need to take a customer service course!!!

For the past two years that we've been at the GC, we've had the undisguised pleasure of tasting and offering the pastries made by Nicolas Bernardé. We receive nothing but compliments every time we bring his dessert. It's beautiful, it's delicious, it's executed with talent.

The quality is more than adequate, but it's a shame the service was cold. It's a pity they don't offer a chocolate sample after purchase and that the bag costs extra!
This somewhat spoils the experience, considering the quality of the products.

We've been to the pastry shop a lot and have often been satisfied, however, we've noticed a decline in quality lately… The blueberry speculoos entremet, which tasted only of lemon (not listed in the ingredients), the marshmallow bears for Valentine's Day, which had a strange texture, and other small disappointments that mean we're coming less and less often…
