A truly excellent restaurant in Beaune, offering a €50 set lunch menu (starter, main course, dessert) with unbeatable value for money at this level of cuisine. The cooking and presentation were perfect, as was the service, with the head waiter and servers all top-notch. A good wine list to suit all budgets. Highly recommended!

A truly wonderful family moment for my husband's birthday. A warm and very professional welcome. A huge congratulations to the Chef, Mr. Christophe Quéant, and to all his teams, both in the kitchen and the dining room, for their professionalism and expertise. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and received excellent advice on wine pairings. A special mention for the verbena soufflé; it was divine. Thank you for this excellent culinary experience.

Le Carmin, the Michelin starred restaurant in the beautiful town of Beaune is my best new find on our Burgundy trip. Many thanks to the talented chef and the highly conscientious & professional front of house team for the fabulous dining experience - thoroughly enjoyed by our entire family. I've rarely seen a sommelier speak about wines with such passion. We were delighted with the food. A truly wonderful discovery during our visit to Beaune. Thank you to the entire team.
It's a shame the chef didn't come to the dining room.

A wonderful time spent with friends at Le Carmin! From the amuse-bouches to the petit fours, everything was incredible from start to finish! The attentive service made us feel almost at home at Le Carmin! As for the decor, I particularly appreciated the bay window overlooking the kitchen. Seeing a Michelin-starred chef squeegeeing the floor at the end of service is the best proof of a team that still has its feet firmly on the ground. Bravo Le Carmin!
