Superb experience at Le Carmin! Beautiful cuisine, excellent wine selection to complement the dishes, outstanding sommelier, the amuse-bouches were perhaps a touch understated, but overall the meal was superb. 🙂

The overall impression is cold due to the very businesslike service. Our menu was served with extreme precision. That felt distant. I did not like the white wine by the glass I ordered, and the sommelier was kind enough to offer another white wine that did not need to be paid for. Kudos to the sommelier. The food was excellent.
