Sehr schönes Restaurant am Ortsausgang gelegen. Innen schön gestaltet und klimatisiert. Im 1. Stock gibt es eine Terrasse. Sehr schöne Karte zu äußerst fairen Preisen. Viel zu grosse Portionen. Der Vorspeisen Teller reicht locker für Drei. Freundliches Personal. Sehr zu empfehlen

Ristorante Le Carnotzet sito in 61 Rte des Pyrénées, 11190 Couiza, Francia, non bisogna fermarsi alla facciata esterna perché all’interno al primo piano c’è una sala interna molto accogliente con anche la possibilità di mangiare in veranda. Oltre al proprietario e al personale cordiale e disponibile si mangia veramente bene. A parte il menù bambini (tipo cordon blue con patatine), il menù alla carta offre diverse specialità, noi abbiamo provato la carne e verdure cotte su piastra lasciata sul tavolo così da cucinare le pietanze con la cottura desiderata e il formaggio fuso al momento sempre con un particolare attrezzo lasciato sul tavolo. I prezzi sono allineati a quelli di tutti i ristoranti francesi però con una qualità del cibo elevata. Al Sabato e alla domenica consiglio di prenotare. Nelle vicinanze c’è un piccolo parcheggio riservato al ristorante.

Le Carnotzet restaurant located in 61 Rte des Pyrénées, 11190 Couiza, France, you don't have to stop at the external facade because inside on the first floor there is a very welcoming internal room with also the possibility of eating on the veranda. In addition to the owner and the friendly and helpful staff, the food is really good. Apart from the children's menu (such as cordon blue with chips), the à la carte menu offers various specialities, we tried the meat and vegetables cooked on a griddle left on the table so as to cook the dishes to the desired doneness and the cheese always melted at the moment with a particular tool left on the table. The prices are in line with those of all French restaurants but with a high quality of food. On Saturdays and Sundays I recommend booking. Nearby there is a small car park reserved for the restaurant.

Very good restaurant, great welcome. The terrace is well placed. The dishes are very good, the meat is cooked perfectly... I recommend.

Passed by chance: great discovery! Lunch menu at 15E, everything was very good, even in the details (small ozins, vinaigrette, apricot jam...). Excellent value for money. A beautiful room upstairs. Keep it up !

The food and drinks were exceptional! Would highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area. Make sure to try the homemade lemoncello!

We are very well received, and after a few steps, we discover a large room made entirely of wood with an adjoining outdoor terrace. The kitchen offers us good daily specials during the week and a menu card that makes you want to come back tomorrow to taste what's on the top or bottom line. I have tried many of these lines and I must say I have never been disappointed. The wine list is also spectacular. Go meet them 🥂😘

An unexpected discovery for this restaurant with “Haute-Savoie” decor. Everything is impeccable From the welcome to the meal, including the comfort of the place We had the homemade tartiflette and andouillette fries (real ones 😀) The restaurant also offers a delicious 3-course menu for €15 at lunchtime. Sincerely pleasant surprise in the upper Aude valley I recommend without worries

We happened to pass by here while passing through and ate the menu for 15 euros based on the display in front of the very inconspicuous restaurant. Otherwise the prices are rather high. Ambience very very nice, food world class! Would definitely come again!
