Great atmosphere in a very welcoming setting, the staff were very friendly, we were warmly welcomed and well served. A wide selection on the menu and all this overlooking the sea. I highly recommend it.

A wonderful discovery. The tuna tartare was beautifully presented (the avocado was a little hard, but that's just luck of the draw). For my main course, I chose the sea bream fillet. Yum! Both the quantity and quality were excellent. Well done.

The Cartoon is a charming place...with a warm and professional welcome...impeccable service, a menu featuring a discovery of "razor clams with parsley sauce" that was truly outstanding...the entire menu lived up to expectations. In terms of quality and price, it's well-suited...we had a lovely time with a view of the cartoon-themed decor...and not far from the Fête de la Musique concert... A great find!

Very friendly welcome, delicious food, newly renovated restaurant with beautiful cartoon-themed decor.
The daytime snacks are excellent value for money.
The cocktails are fantastic.
I highly recommend it.
We come several times a year.

I stumbled upon this place completely by chance, and as a Betty Boop fan, I was thrilled!! It's a feast for the eyes!! From the Betty Boop card to the statue, you absolutely have to stop for an ice cream. The prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly, in short, we'll definitely be back for a proper meal!! A place worth knowing about!! Thank you to the manager for taking the time to chat!! Great concept, don't change a thing!!
