Excellent lunch in my helmet during my visit to the circuit. Smoked salmon bruschetta with citrus, pollack with beurre blanc sauce (perfectly cooked), tiramisu. Simple but well prepared.

16/10/2025: Traditional, refined, and elegant cuisine. A warm welcome and fairly quick service. Pleasant setting with a view of the cathedral. Located between the old town and the city center. One of the few restaurants in Le Mans open for Sunday lunch, which is a definite plus.
