A warm welcome and friendly service despite the restaurant being full. Excellent €39 set menu, very generous portions, and everything was perfect.

The welcome was very warm, but it's a shame the mussels and fries weren't up to par. Many small shellfish came loose from the mussels and crunched in the teeth; one or two would have been fine, but not that many. Perhaps they weren't cleaned properly?

I visited your restaurant on October 18th. There were very few customers due to the season. The service was very pleasant and the food was good. Attentive staff. The wait time during service was reasonable.

We had a very good evening in your restaurant, the meal and service were excellent, it was a shame we didn't meet Maud, because given the responses she gave to the negative reviews, she's not short of repartee.

We had a wonderful time in this restaurant with its modern ambiance in an old building. The food, presentation, and service were impeccable. The foie gras was particularly excellent. I highly recommend it.

10/01/2026: Our taste buds were in heaven (thanks to the chef and his young team...) 😋👏 5 stars for this 3-star restaurant because here it's all about flavors, surprises, daring touches—in short, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. 🍾😃👍 A delightful journey through origins, colors, aromas, flavors, textures... A truly great restaurant! Alexandre Couillon takes us beyond the port... elsewhere... and sometimes quite far away. From here to elsewhere... like a voyage at sea.
30/11/2025: A truly moving experience at the end of this dinner. A timeless moment, orchestrated by exquisitely refined service. Thank you to Alexandre and Céline Couillon for this unique experience that we will not soon forget.
