Dining at the Castle Restaurant was truly a wonderful experience. The atmosphere already sets the tone, but what really made the evening memorable was the exceptional quality of service. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming throughout the entire meal. Their attention to detail and willingness to ensure everything was perfect made the experience feel very special. The food was equally impressive. The croustillant de bœuf and the croustillant d’agneau were absolutely outstanding,beautifully prepared, perfectly balanced in flavor, and cooked to perfection. Every bite reflected the care and craftsmanship of the kitchen. Overall, a fantastic dining experience combining excellent service and remarkable cuisine. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a refined and memorable meal.

Great place, warm atmosphere, perfect food, and Jean-Luc in the dining room is excellent! It's a shame the kitchen door is open to the dining room and the staff can be very loud at the end of service, with some swearing...
