Le central sur Redon

We eat there very regularly for lunch with my partner. Stéphane is very kind, the cuisine is healthy, tasty and inexpensive. And the service is fast. Very often a victim of its success, it is often full at lunchtime and therefore there are a lot of people. The only negative point is that we are sometimes mixed with the alcoholic lunch crowd.

A real "local business" 4.8 there's a problem it's 5 normally, we have here a bistro with a very pleasant atmosphere, very professional, diligent, passionate, respectful, kind, funny and efficient owners, a very pretty couple in short. A couple who delight young and old have been giving back for a while now and as long as it lasts as they say!

Fast and friendly service, top brasserie cuisine (no waste, nerves and so on...on the plate at the end...) I recommend!
