Excellent value for money. Very friendly staff. A place worth trying.

A restaurant located in the pedestrian zone where we had the homemade daily special: a fish pie with two types of fish (salmon and... I can't remember) and mashed potatoes. A varied wine selection by the glass. A friendly atmosphere where good cheer is the order of the day. Call ahead for a table; we got the last one at 12:20 pm.

The recipe for a great aperitif: two good glasses of wine and an aperitif platter for which we were able to select our local and award-winning products without breaking the bank. Creating our personalized platter created a real experience and a great atmosphere with the very friendly owner! We'll be back.

A random discovery...but appetizer platters are available upon request, with a choice of Italian, Spanish, or French charcuterie... And cheese, of course! I recommend it! 😋

Returning from our vacation in the south, we stopped in Chalon-sur-Saône for lunch. As usual, we were always late. After visiting several restaurants and brasseries in the center, no one wanted to serve us because the service had ended 5-10 minutes before. We arrived at the Chat Lon Bar, which, despite the service having ended, welcomed us very warmly. Despite the kitchen being closed, they offered us bûchetta with delicious local bread.
