On Thursday evening, we had the pleasure of dining at "Le Chamarlenc" restaurant in Le Puy-en-Velay with the entire team from DESCOURS 1893 Jewelry, and we had a truly wonderful time. The restaurant took us on a culinary journey, starting with our local Auvergne cuisine and transporting us to Italy, through magnificent combinations of fish and meat, rich in flavors and textures. Each dish was crafted with finesse and creativity. A huge congratulations to the chef, who personally presents and serves his dishes with passion and simplicity, making the experience even more personal and authentic.
