Excellent food; if you're in Chambolle, go there, you won't be disappointed.

A surprise in Chambolle Musigny, excellent cuisine with well-prepared dishes, kind and welcoming service in the dining room, we can't wait to go back!!!!!!

To eat beef bourguignon while in Bourgogne is something else. You'd think the chef at La Chambolle was a vampire, having had hundreds of years to perfect the dish. It was insanely hot in France on this day, but this traditional French dinner made us forget the weather. Great folks, great food, extremely authentic in every way.

An absolutely remarkable experience at Le Chambolle restaurant in Chambolle-Musigny. Each dish is a true work of art, prepared with a precision and finesse that demonstrate exceptional culinary mastery. The flavors are perfectly balanced, and the ingredients are showcased with great skill. A huge congratulations also to the owner, whose passion and professionalism are evident at every moment, as well as to the head waiter, who is simply exceptional: attentive, warm, and remarkably kind. Their hospitality and dedication to service make this moment even more memorable. An address of excellence where gastronomy, conviviality, and refinement come together perfectly. Fabulous lunch and of course some tremendous local wines. Particular food highlights were the Boeuf Bourguignon, the Tarte aux pommes and the Cheese.

We discovered regional Burgundian cuisine at Le Chambolle restaurant, an intimate, very clean establishment with a warm staff and an exceptional chef. During my stay in Chambolle-Musigny, I was staying at the Hôtel Bellevigne, where I also dined. To be honest, I found the hotel's cuisine to be of much lower quality, while also being more expensive, and the service didn't live up to my expectations. For me, Le Chambolle restaurant is the best in the region. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants to discover authentic, generous, and perfectly executed Burgundian cuisine. A big thank you to the owner for his warm welcome, as well as for the two wine glasses engraved with "Le Chambolle," given to him as a parting gift. 🙏 Looking forward to returning very soon!

The meal here was the most memorable of our 4 week trip in France! The server helped us understand what to order to please our taste and not have conflicts from one course to the next. We had different dishes, so we tried 6 dishes between us. Each one was nothing like we have had at fine dining in the U.S.A. or even in Paris! By far, this was some of the best food we have ever eaten, due to the high quality of ingredients, and how they each were cooked with much care. My husband  cannot stop talking about the chocolate tart he had for dessert. We had a lovely time traveling and think of this restaurant often.

Had an excellent meal, well taken care of by a very friendly host, authentic dishes, fine wines, a real treat!
