A perfect dinner to discover Burgundian cuisine and local wines. The service was both very pleasant and professional. We learned about local traditions throughout our meal. 12/07/2026: We dined at Le Millésime and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We opted for the six-course tasting menu, which was based on the chef's inspiration. Everything was presented with finesse and elegance. The balance of flavors was perfectly achieved. Special mention goes to the sweetbreads, which were particularly delicious. The waitstaff were professional and attentive while remaining discreet. We will be back!
