Seasonal menu featuring traditional Burgundian fare. The oeuf en murette, the escargots, and the boeuf bourgignonne are all must-tries! A wide selection of local wines.
The atmosphere is relaxed and very pleasant. Only eight tables, which the chef manages with care and love. Friendly yet professional service.
Sublime food, the best apple pie I've ever had!
And last but not least: it's dog-friendly! A must-visit if you're in the Côtes de Nuits!

We ate here 4 days ago, the service was friendly and professional, the food was excellent and the choice of wines from Chambolle was superb, a shame that some are so expensive!

Lunch in August 2026.
Warm dining room and clean restrooms. 👍
Main course: Pike-perch fillet with julienned vegetables presented in a carton. Excellent! 👍
Frozen desserts: apple tart, same for the profiteroles 😲 👎 👎
Red wine by the glass: no choice and very expensive: €29 for a glass of Nuits-Saint-Georges Village wine 👎👎👎
Personally, I do not recommend it.

Le Chambolle is an excellent restaurant where we ended up by chance. An absolute stroke of luck. A limited number of tables with a proprietor who serves excellent dishes… and in fact, that is the best formula, as it guarantees quality. Thank you, proprietor!

Everything was absolutely perfect – from the quality of the service to the food itself.
The dishes are crafted to highlight local heritage, resulting in a perfect blend of innovation and respect for the original recipe.
The wine list is extensive, and we received excellent recommendations tailored to our preferences.
The owner was single-handedly in the kitchen and serving, but this didn't detract from our experience at all. He took the time to chat with each table, explain the recipes, and present the ingredients. This truly transformed the experience – we felt like we were dining in his own home. A huge thank you and well done!

We had a fantastic dinner at La Chambolle. Nice and extremely attentive service, very classic meals but cooked to perfection. We can honestly recommend all the dishes we had.

The chef was absolutely as welcoming and charming as his food was superb. He creates a personal atmosphere and stays in his good humor as he manages the cooking and provides all the service for the night. A true highlight of Burgundian cooking. We enjoyed a delightful dinner in his restaurant tucked away in the vines. An evening to remember.
