We dined at Le Millésime and thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
We opted for the six-course tasting menu, which was based on the chef's inspiration.
Everything was presented with finesse and elegance. The balance of flavors was perfectly achieved. Special mention goes to the sweetbreads, which were particularly delicious.
The waitstaff were professional and attentive while remaining discreet.
We will be back!

Don't hesitate to make a detour to this restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dishes, the ingredients, and the combinations. We were also impressed by the service provided (the chef even drove some customers home because there were no more taxis available. Thank you so much for this truly special moment, the kind you rarely see anymore). There was only one small point for improvement regarding the dessert, but we discussed it immediately after the meal. And we so regret not having tried the cheese platter. We'll have to try it next time. Thank you for your hard work.

A wonderful discovery!
We were lucky enough to discover this gourmet restaurant thanks to a gift from our children, and we had an exceptional time.
The dishes were delicious, refined, and perfectly executed. We enjoyed every bite from beginning to end.
The staff is very friendly, attentive, and offers excellent advice, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
A big thank you for this wonderful culinary experience. We will gladly return!

We discovered this beautiful establishment during a business trip, thanks to a recommendation from a friend who owns a vineyard in Fixin (Domaine Molin).
The experience was excellent from start to finish: exquisitely executed cuisine, top-quality ingredients, attentive service, and truly caring staff.
Special mention goes to the chef, who took the time to chat with us for a few moments, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
