In short... everything was perfect. From the amuse-bouche to the coffee, dinner was an unforgettable experience. The cuisine was a delight for the taste buds. Special mention to the young sommelier who provided invaluable advice and introduced us to exceptional wines. Huge congratulations to the chef and his team. We truly had an exceptional time.

An excellent Michelin-starred restaurant in Chambolle-Musigny. The cuisine is flavorful, refined, and beautifully presented. I highly recommend this restaurant, which has the added benefit of being air-conditioned, but not too much – a real plus when it's very hot.

We ordered the full "chef's choice" menu and enjoyed it immensely.
We gave the sommelier the freedom to pair a wine from the selection of wines by the glass with every course, and were certainly not disappointed (the red Ladoix with the baked cheese and truffle was fantastic!).
We ended up being the last ones to stay, but were given complete freedom to finish at our own pace.

An incredible restaurant with an exceptional wine list. The service is very professional, with a sommelier who gave excellent advice and attentive waiters. The menu was superb, and the presentation of the dishes was magnificent. Everything was delicious—a true delight.

Everything was perfect. The welcome, advice, and friendliness were all wonderful. The food was excellent, original, and beautifully presented. There were amuse-bouches and small sweets at the end of the meal. A very, very good wine selection to suit all budgets. A thoughtful touch for our 40th wedding anniversary. A truly wonderful first experience that we'll definitely repeat. It's best to reserve a table.

We dined at Le Millésime and thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
We opted for the six-course tasting menu, which was based on the chef's inspiration.
Everything was presented with finesse and elegance. The balance of flavors was perfectly achieved. Special mention goes to the sweetbreads, which were particularly delicious.
The waitstaff was professional and attentive while remaining discreet.
We will be back!
