03/08/2026: We ordered the full "chef's choice" menu and enjoyed it immensely.
We gave the sommelier the freedom to pair a wine from the selection of wines by the glass with every course, and were certainly not disappointed (the red Ladoix with the baked cheese and truffle was fantastic!).
We ended up being the last ones to stay, but were given complete freedom to finish at our own pace.
30/07/2026: An incredible restaurant with an exceptional wine list. The service is very professional, with a sommelier who gave excellent advice and attentive waiters. The menu was superb, and the presentation of the dishes was magnificent. Everything was delicious—a true delight.

20/08/2026: We had a fantastic dinner at La Chambolle. Nice and extremely attentive service, very classic meals but cooked to perfection. We can honestly recommend all the dishes we had.
