Fantastic restaurant run by a team of dedicated and passionate people. One of the best value-for-money options in Lille, especially at lunchtime. I don't know of any other place where you can find dishes like this for under €25. Special mention for the mussels and fries with Thai sauce during the Braderie (Lille's annual flea market).

Restaurant located just steps from the Museum of Fine Arts. Excellent cuisine and fine wines; it's always a pleasure to return to Le Chantecler. They offer a set menu with three options for lunch. The food is of exceptional quality: all the senses are awakened upon the arrival of the dishes (sight, taste, and smell...). The welcome and service are also excellent!

Very friendly service, not too big (seating for 35 people), very atmospheric, spacious table for two. Had a delicious meal, pigeon and tuna, chocolate mousse and pavlova for dessert, everything equally delicious. Highly recommended!

A small and charming restaurant with a warm, relaxed atmosphere. We opted for the chef's surprise menu with a matching wine pairing, and it was a real hit: honest dishes with beautiful flavors and wines that perfectly complemented the experience. The service was friendly and attentive, took the time to clearly explain the wines, and also offered great tips on the must-sees in Lille, which made the evening extra personal. All in all, highly recommended for anyone in Lille looking for a lovely place to eat well and feel truly pampered.

A fantastic restaurant I'd often heard about. So we decided to try it out, and it was a great experience! The chef's inspired tasting menu at €48—two starters, one main course, and one dessert—is very reasonably priced. The dishes were carefully prepared, flavorful, perfectly cooked, and the portions were generous. We left with very full stomachs. Special mention for our waiter's humor and his super professional service. Oh, and I almost forgot the perfectly made Saint Germain spritz! 😋
