Excellent French food. Sophisticated but not pretentious. Good portion size on the main dish if you do not wish to get the entire menu. Service is attentive as well!

A wonderful discovery! We had a delicious and beautifully presented meal. Special mention goes to the staff, who were incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive. We highly recommend this restaurant; we had a fantastic time at Le Chantecler!

Google Review We came to Chantecler for my husband's birthday dinner and everything was absolutely perfect! ❤️ A very warm welcome, top-notch service with two lovely, smiling, and incredibly attentive waiters. As for the meal… a real treat! From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was delicious and perfectly executed. A special mention for the sea bream ceviche, which was simply unforgettable! 🤩 Thank you to the whole team for this wonderful evening. We had a fantastic time and we highly recommend Chantecler! We will definitely be back! 🥰

Fantastic restaurant run by a team of dedicated and passionate people. One of the best value-for-money options in Lille, especially at lunchtime. I don't know of any other place where you can find dishes like this for under €25. Special mention for the mussels and fries with Thai sauce during the Braderie (Lille's annual flea market).

Restaurant located just steps from the Museum of Fine Arts. Excellent cuisine and fine wines; it's always a pleasure to return to Le Chantecler. They offer a set menu with three options for lunch. The food is of exceptional quality: all the senses are awakened upon the arrival of the dishes (sight, taste, and smell...). The welcome and service are also excellent!
