Very simple environment, the lady who takes orders and serves at the table does not shine with friendliness and cheerfulness. She seemed nervous and banged things on the table. Crepe nothing special, just enough coffee. After all, there isn't much choice at 9 in the morning.

Cheers! We stopped at this restaurant and found the welcome friendly, a bit like grandma’s… direct but efficient without fuss! We ate well and here you can eat the famous sausage pancake! Fair value for money, we can see that not everything is homemade but given the price it’s ok. We recommend but be careful the waitress is very direct so don't be too touchy 😝

Came at 4, Very good time here, good service good personal atmosphere welcoming smiling and dynamic, especially very good on the plates, I totally recommend, We will come back with great pleasure.

Personally, the pancakes were very good. 4 different, 0 problems. It's plentiful, it's good. The service is fast. Prices not excessive considering the tourist location where it is located. Small downside: a small toilet, not very practical, but given the configuration, we can't do better The staff is friendly. Lunch cards are accepted, but not paper tickets. This is a plus compared to some competitors.

I went to eat in this creperie I took a vegetarian crepe and I ended up with a huge sausage in my crepe kitchen rather they are still high price for a crepe of course not homemade buckwheat at the same time we were at Mont-Saint-Michel staff quite cold and not warm

La Vieille Auberge

14/09/2024: Où déjeuner dans un lieu si touristique fréquenté chaque jour par des milliers de visiteurs. C’est très difficile ! Cela ne sera pas chez la Mère Poularde avec des omelettes aux œufs d’or (vu le prix de l’omelette, il n’y a pas d’autres explications). Ce sera la Vieille Auberge où j’ai pu trouver un très bon service, plutôt sympathique, une nourriture, certes moyenne mais tout à fait honorable. Donc, un choix, ma foi, correct et un déjeuner sans regret. Jean-Michel

Restaurant Le Saint Michel

10/09/2024: Friendly welcome, fast service, great because with a 2 year old. Excellent value for money. And once again the omelette from the children's menu was excellent. Thank you to the team for this meal
09/08/2024: We had a good experience in this unpretentious, family-run place. Don't expect the food to be haute cuisine (everything comes with fries!) and don't expect romantic slow dining, but for a quick, casual bite, this place will do just fine. Prices are low (20€ for a three course meal) compared to other restaurants in the same street so it's a fair deal in the end if you're willing to compromise on a few things. The best dish on the menu is without any doubt the lamb, you won't be disappointed. Try some of the local beers too. Service can be a bit chaotic at rush hours, but it's all part of the casual vibe.
