12/06/2026: An absolutely perfect experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the welcome was exceptional: warm, attentive, and highly professional. I particularly appreciated the attention paid to my request. Although the six-course menu is usually only offered in the evening, the team was kind enough to prepare it for me at lunchtime. This thoughtful touch demonstrates their desire to please their guests. The owner personally attended to me throughout the meal, with a passion and generosity that was evident in every detail. In the kitchen, her husband and his team do remarkable work, offering refined, creative, and perfectly executed gourmet cuisine. The wine selection was simply impeccable. It was my first time trying food and wine pairings, and I was absolutely not disappointed. Each pairing was perfectly chosen and enhanced the dishes beautifully. Finally, the value for money is outstanding considering the quality of the experience offered. The Scratch Restaurant in Bourg-en-Bresse is a true gem, an address I recommend without hesitation. A wonderful discovery, and certainly a place I will return to with great pleasure. Thank you to the entire team for this exceptional experience.
