The atmosphere was calm, the service very pleasant, and the surprise meal excellent. It's a real shame that there's no dessert option for vegetarians... It somewhat spoils the experience.

We shared a family meal here at lunchtime. We were absolutely delighted. A little gem to discover. The dishes were delicious, refined, and creative. The flavor combinations were a pure delight. The staff is kind and pleasant. The place is more than perfect, with a clean and elegant decor. Thank you to the Scratch team for a wonderful culinary experience at your establishment. A surprising experience where poetry and the delicacy of the dishes blend together. The staff is very attentive and responsive, the dining room is quiet, allowing for a peaceful conversation with my husband. We're not used to this type of restaurant (it was a gift), but we enjoyed this sensory experience.

It was in June 2024. What a shame! The dishes weren't all equally good. Some had subtle flavors, but the presentation was minimalist to the point of absurdity, like the blue lobster at the end of the plate and the rather bland half-tart. I was disappointed by the wines from "small" producers...organic wines would be better offered as part of the restaurant's tasting menu. All the best nonetheless.
