Welcoming, friendly, and welcoming staff. Extensive menu, wines at affordable prices. Excellent burgers. Sunny terrace. We can't recommend this restaurant highly enough.

Our children were growing up and we discovered this restaurant this winter during our vacation. We wanted to book in the morning for the last evening and it was full but the owner told us that exceptionally he would give us a small table at the back if that suited us. Super nice! It was perfect because we wanted their burgers and not raclette or fondue. The dishes were delicious. The waiters were very kind. Next year we will book as soon as we arrive to be sure to be able to eat there. We recommend!!!
A very warm welcome for the Tour de France 🇫🇷 the restaurant received us without a reservation, it was very busy this Sunday, August 3. Very good food, very friendly staff, everything was perfect 👍 thank you
I just popped in to buy an ice cream and was greeted with such warmth! It makes all the difference ☺️ (and the ice cream was one of the best I've ever had after hiking for 5 hours in the blazing sun)
A little expensive for what it is. The other restaurants on the street are cheaper, but we're talking a few euros. We had a mountain salad and a beef tartare with 2 cokes. Even though it's Chatel, the bill is a bit steep.
A quick getaway to Châtel on August 6th, we stopped at Le Chesery for lunch and had a great time. We had two Chatellans. A good compromise between raclette and fondue 😋Very good both in terms of welcome and service.
The prices are a little high, but that's Châtel 😊
