The food is very good, the gourmet coffee is generous, and it's the first place I've found that isn't too small. Despite the crowds, the staff remains courteous and helpful. A big thumbs up!

We went back to Chesery and it's still just as good 😀 The service is excellent, the food delicious, the new decor is amazing, and the owners are lovely. I highly recommend it!

A warm and inviting setting, ideally located in Châtel, very friendly service, and succulent meat – we thoroughly enjoyed it! 🙂👍 And we returned with the family this evening, and it was just as good – always a pleasure! 😊

Fantastic experience at this restaurant! A huge thank you to Yacilla, our server, who was absolutely superb from beginning to end: smiling, professional, attentive, and truly lovely. She made our visit even more special with her positive energy and impeccable service. We will definitely be back, especially if Yacilla is there! 😍

10/03/2026: If you're looking for a cozy getaway in the heart of winter, the Hotel Macchi is a dream come true. The rooms retain the charming mountain style we love, and they're spotless to boot. A huge thank you to the kitchen staff for spoiling us so much, to the ski equipment manager for his invaluable advice, and to the rest of the staff—it was so pleasant to return to them after a day on the slopes, where kindness and attentiveness always awaited us. Thank you all for making our stay so enjoyable; we'll be back next year...M. Delcourt
08/03/2026: A lovely hotel with friendly staff. The shuttle service to the ski lift is incredibly luxurious and makes your stay extra comfortable. The breakfast is extensive and well-prepared. The hotel is also conveniently located. The sauna and spa are also wonderful.

11/03/2026: Four-day stay in March 2026. Ideal location for skiing, top-notch amenities, excellent breakfast, very nice pool and hammam, spotless room with superb bedding and impeccable cleanliness. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind… the other reviews are unjustified in my opinion! The only thing missing to make it perfect was evening dining. Thank you.
11/03/2026: I've been here twice for an aperitif. The first time it was delicious, poured to the brim with Prosecco and a splash of sparkling water. The second time, I got three-quarters of a glass, half of which was Aperol and water. I know because I watched the preparation process. We wanted a two-course dinner. I approached the chef to ask about soup in English, to which he replied that I should speak French... in a tourist town... we just ordered fries to eat with the Aperol, and the whole group went to another place for dinner. I don't like this kind of behavior. Even if you can't say "vegetable soup" in English, you can always refer the customer to someone else who can help, rather than expecting someone who came to France for a ski trip to have a degree in French... typical French arrogance
