A brasserie run by young people in the heart of Montmorency, Le Cheval Blanc offers a particularly warm and attentive welcome. I spent New Year's Eve at Cheval Blanc and it was a wonderful evening. The value for money was excellent, both for the food and the cocktails. I also greatly appreciated the professionalism, both in the dining room and in the kitchen. The decor is beautiful and inviting, which contributes to a truly pleasant atmosphere. I will gladly return.

31/01/2026: Top-notch service, they really deliver! A concise menu, but everything is homemade, high-quality, and delicious! A few good bottles at reasonable prices. All this in a charming, vintage-inspired setting. I can't wait to come back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor terrace, which is also very pleasant! A place for bon vivants, the kind you rarely (if ever) find in this area. Bravo!

However, the portions are far too small for the price; you're left wanting more. It's a shame, because with more generous portions, the experience would be perfect!
