Very warm welcome, the food was just how I like it, the servers were very friendly and there wasn't too much of a wait. I recommend it.

A brasserie with the added bonus of being open on Sundays. I had the Beuchelle, sweetbreads and kidneys—a wonderful discovery, very generous portion; I had trouble finishing it! The staff was very pleasant.

A very good bistro-style restaurant. The dishes were beautifully presented and the quality was excellent. A perfect spot if you have a show at the Vinci afterwards 😊

One lazy Sunday evening, we went into town for steak and fries. We decided to give this highly-rated brasserie a try. The sirloin steak was bland, the fries had a reheated aftertaste, and the starters were so-so (a generously filled but tasteless bone marrow, and a sweet potato velouté, or rather sweet potato purée, which I quite liked). The desserts were equally so-so (poached pear and tarte tatin). We ordered a bottle of sparkling water and a beer. The bill came to over €100... the value for money was overwhelmingly negative, and if you add our disappointment to that... it really hit rock bottom. The service was adequate, but nothing special. The atmosphere was more than just so-so. A Sunday evening... so-so.

La Petite Cuisine

14/03/2026: A cuisine bursting with flavor. Marie, the owner/chef, is passionate about cooking. Friendly and efficient service. A place with original and minimalist decor. In short, everything for a great evening. Highly recommended.
25/02/2026: Incredible cuisine, a journey of flavors, subtle decor. The daily special is worth it, exceptional value for money in Tours. I also tried the tasting menu and I recommend it for getting off the beaten path and getting your money's worth.
