Very good evening spent at Bistro Régent in Tours.
Located in the Ibis hotel at the station, the welcome was very good.
The meal was excellent from start to finish, especially with this Charmelcia sauce.
The employees seem to be complicit among themselves, which gives a good atmosphere to the place.

Good, well served, quickly served, pleasant and efficient staff. I don't understand some recent opinions compared to what we saw this evening.
Cooking of meats corresponding to our requests, quick fries, clean room and toilets.
Ambient music a little loud for my taste, if it makes you look for a problem...
