le cintra sur Strasbourg

We were enjoying the Strasbourg Christmas markets and wanted a sit down type restaurant for a nice dinner! This place was quite busy and very festive for the Christmas week rush! We were seated promptly and ordered some wine along with the mushroom tartes flambees as well as the veal blacotts (veal is typically not my thing but wanted to try this parisian dish). Both dishes tasted good and were on-point (not amazing but certainly tasty). The only thing odd was the server claimed that they don't serve craffe of water which we know most place always offer!

We sat down on the terrace. I want to say a huge thank you to the whole team for their attentive service and touch of humor that makes you want to come back! Thank you to Philippe, Victor, and the rest of the team! The service was wonderful.

Great bar/restaurant, perfect for a drink after work or even to celebrate your birthday! Special mention to Victor who takes care of his customers with passion and efficiency! 🥳

We had a wonderful time at this ideally located brasserie right in the heart of the Christmas market. The ribeye steak was tender and cooked to perfection, and the burgers were truly excellent. The bar is very well run, with great cocktail recommendations. The service was smooth and well-organized, which is rare during peak season.

An ideal spot for a break during the Christmas market. Hot drinks are served generously, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the setting is perfect for cozying up. The service is quick and the staff are friendly – ​​perfect for an afternoon.

I almost didn't go in because of the reviews, but honestly, the food was good and the prices didn't seem excessive. Given how packed Strasbourg is right now, I'm giving it top marks, perhaps to compensate. But seriously, I'd go back.

A Strasbourg gem! Top-notch staff. Stéphane, always smiling. Tess, so delicate. And Victor…a gem of a man! And I absolutely love it! (Rhymes, but seriously, tonight Victor handled everything single-handedly, and it was simply impressive.) So go ahead, you'll be delighted.

I discovered this bar which I didn't know, a nice surprise, the place is beautiful and welcoming, the service impeccable.
