Having eaten this Friday, September 6, 2024 at the lunch service, my mother, my godmother, my godfather and I leave with stars in their eyes and in their mouths. The daily menu was breathtakingly light and full of flavors that took us throughout the meal. We also salute the exceptional and very distinguished work of the room staff who perform a choreography worthy of a ballet to offer you cozy comfort without you even noticing it. Thank you very much for this great experience, looking forward to seeing you all again as soon as possible. And if possible, with an absolutely deserved extra star! Clarence

Very good restaurant, the dishes were excellent. We would have had an excellent time, if we had not been informed at the end of the meal that our gift voucher, presented upon our arrival, had already been used... Very special atmosphere for our end of experience at the Clarence, the IT specialists did not were not there to help us. We therefore paid the bill and the extras without problem and in good faith. Without news from Clarence who was supposed to contact us following this imbroglio, we called the establishment again the next day, only to be told that our gift voucher was indeed completely valid and that it was already a computer problem. happened! We were graciously refunded the value of the gift voucher, but not the extra 37 euros, nor did they offer any other commercial gesture! After having partially ruined this excellent meal, and indirectly insinuating that we were cheating, in front of the other customers, it would have been a minimum.

A month in and I still think about the gazpacho with langoustine from Le Clarence. Bright, briny, melt in your mouth, it was magic, along with everything else we experienced in their 5 course tasting (which was more like 20 dishes!). Mind blowing experience, no exaggeration. This meal will be hard to top.

Tremendous experience. I get that some people can be scared not knowing what they’re going to eat. If you have no restrictions I would highly recommend. I did 4 “sequences” for lunch with the wine pairing. Aesthetic was phenomenal. I had just come from the Lourve- the furniture and paintings looked like it could have been in there. Food was incredible, visually as well as the taste. Truly truly fine dining. Staff were extremely professional and exceptionally friendly as well. I will certainly go back for dinner. I thought the price for the food and wine was extremely fair and money well spent. I usually take pictures of the food but I did not because it just seemed too crass to do in a place of this caliber and the menu could be completely different when you go.

Christophe Pelé is without a doubt the most creative chef in Paris; his dazzling dishes, his generosity, his poetic sensitivity move me every time I visit!

A beautiful restaurant offering an accommodating 10-course meal with outstanding service and a high level of elegance. I would easily return.
