The welcome is indeed unusual; some servers are not very friendly and are abrupt in their service. However, the service is fast. The dishes are quite well prepared, the fries are homemade, which is already a plus. Very well located, the terrace is spacious. Be sure to book on weekends, however, as it can get very busy.

15/12/2025: Dinner in August 2025. Dishes and children's meals were actually cooked. Quality and taste were excellent. The owner was very friendly.
23/11/2025: Well located in the heart of Saint-Émilion. The chic bistro decor is quite successful. The welcome and service could be a touch warmer, but it's efficient (little waiting). The food is good and well-prepared, even if nothing exceptional. So why only 3 stars? Because we found the price excessive: expect to pay €70-80 per person (excluding drinks, although the wines are reasonably priced). At this price point, you expect quite a few extra touches.

O trois fontaines

05/07/2025: Very nice and cozy. Staff knows their job. Information about the delicious wine. Nicely filled glasses. You can then buy your favorite wine in the store next door. Highly recommended!
04/07/2025: Very warm welcome, friendly staff! The food was excellent, nothing to complain about! We had a wonderful time here! Thanks again to the staff for being so friendly and helpful!
