Great terrace, well located at the foot of the bell tower, shaded with a fan and mist maker. The servers are friendly and offer good advice, and the food was good. A great discovery, I recommend it.

Located in a very picturesque square in Saint Emilion, so great atmosphere. The drinks were good, especially the homemade lemonade. The chicken tenders and panko prawns were OK but not amazing. Prices were a bit high, but I imagine that's necessary to pay for the location!

Excellent pizzas, but difficult to eat because the knives don't cut, the bottle of chili sauce is clogged, very good Perse house wine served warm in a dirty glass. Mediocre desserts, no ice cream despite the proximity of the same owner's ice cream parlor.

Had the best meal after walking from the train station and all around the town. Pizza was fresh, substantial and delicious. I am still thinking about the passion-pineapple iced tea (The Glacé), wishing I had the recipe- one of the most flavorful and refreshing beverages I’ve ever had in my life; barely sweet yet full of tropical flavor. Had to do finish my meal with the luxurious latte! Wonderful staff!!

The place is quite well located. It has wonderful views of the square below and is right next to one of Saint-Émilion's most iconic sites. It's not cheap, though. Service is usually quick because there are plenty of waiters on the terrace. It's quite good for a drink. It has plenty of umbrellas, so you can get a shady spot.

The place is great and the service is efficient! The pizza queen was good. The only downside was the bruschetta bread, which was a little soggy.

I have mixed feelings about this place. The Italian tartare was catching my eye on the menu, but I was ultimately disappointed by the food... The fries were dry and had no sauce... (They didn't offer me any maíllo, mustard, or anything else...) The salad was unseasoned... But the tartare was very good. I'll have a glass of sweet wine (Château Croix de Prairie 2023), which is excellent, but then they won't ask me if I want water until I'm done with my plate.... On the other hand, the staff is lovely. And the gourmet coffee is yummmmm ☺️😋

Very friendly setting with a large shaded terrace, great atmosphere and great team (special mention to Pierre!). The food was delicious, the salmon and bruschetta were succulent. Excellent value for money. Great location in Saint Emilion. We recommend it!

L'Envers du Decor

30/10/2024: Vores besøg på L’Envers du Decor hævede sig desværre ikke mærkbart over det middelmådige. Forretten var italiensk inspireret - en arancini (risottokugle) med lidt sauce og en enkel rucola salat. Udmærket. Hovedretten var oksekæbe i rødvin med kartofler, urter og svampe. Oksekødet var desværre meget sejt, hvilket er en klar fejl, for da der er tale om en simreret, skal kødet være helt mørt og nærmest falde fra hinanden ved serveringen. Tarte Tatin’en var en moderne version og var rigtig lækker og blev serveret med en kugle vanilleis og små æbletern. Dagens bedste ret. Da niveauet for de tre retter er noget svingende - hhv. 3, 2 1/2 og 4 - lander vi desværre kun på et 3-tal.
21/09/2024: Great classic French bistro food. We stumbled here when it was very busy and they were able to fit us in! We expected it to be a bit of a trap due to the location but boy were we wrong! The food was excellent, as was the wine. It’s pricey, but the food is worth the price. We enjoyed the tartar, steak and fish dish!

O trois fontaines

05/07/2025: Very nice and cozy. Staff knows their job. Information about the delicious wine. Nicely filled glasses. You can then buy your favorite wine in the store next door. Highly recommended!
04/07/2025: Very warm welcome, friendly staff! The food was excellent, nothing to complain about! We had a wonderful time here! Thanks again to the staff for being so friendly and helpful!
