Le Clocher sur Saint-Emilion

Superb pizza enjoyed this weekend after the Saint Emilion race. We had La Clocher with a little local drink, it was great!

This restaurant has kept its name but that seems to be the only element that ties it to the past. We enter a restaurant which remembers being in the middle of one of the most beautiful vineyards in the world in terms of decoration but which is very marked by tasty Italian cuisine. Excellent “pasta” dishes or original and gourmet pizzas (try the vegetarian one!!!) A gastronomic proposal which promotes quality at a reasonable price which did not exist (or poorly) in Saint Emilion... Looking forward to summer to enjoy the outdoor terrace under the village bell tower...
