Passing through town, we were lucky enough to find this restaurant right on our route. The welcome and service were top-notch, with a special mention for the wild boar stew and the chestnut fondant! Highly recommended.

We have had lunch several times in this restaurant which is excellent, I don't know if they have changed owners but today it was really not up to standard despite very friendly owners.

We went there as a family for the Chestnut Festival and it was flawless! Authentic cuisine, friendly staff, and a rediscovery of chestnut and other specialties. A big thank you for this wonderful and enjoyable time. The change in management has in no way diminished the quality of this beautiful establishment, which we have known for many years.

Mussels and fries evening this Saturday was a real treat! The chestnut Charlotte was delicious! The service was very friendly and efficient... We will be back!! Thank you all!

Good food, great atmosphere, and excellent service. Fresh, homemade products. Good value for money. The managers told us that they change their menus with each season.

What a shame, a magnificent setting, but nothing like the previous owners. They really need to review the menus, their prices, and especially the chef and the service, which is not great. I've been here several times, but I'm really disappointed, there were 4 of us, and 4 customers were lost. I'm posting this review, it might help improve things. A word to the wise Guy

Hotel Des Maures

11/02/2026: Lunch by the river in this charming restaurant in the heart of the Provençal village. The welcome was incredibly warm, the menu extensive, and the daily special—a delicious hanger steak with homemade fries. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, and since the pleasure was contagious, the restaurant was packed. Reservations are definitely recommended. A leisurely stroll after lunch should include a visit to the village and a walk to the ruins of the church, a popular concert venue.
09/02/2026: There were 21 of us, and we all had a fantastic weekend at this hotel. The rooms were superb, the meals and breakfast were excellent, and the staff was absolutely amazing. It all makes us want to come back. Thanks again to all the staff.
