Warm restaurant on a human scale, a relevant menu with good dishes in moderate numbers which is reassuring in terms of the freshness of the products! The team is young and dynamic, we quickly smile while eating :) the owners appreciate good wine and Gin-based cocktails so the throats are not disappointed... It smells like vacation!

Very warm welcome, the waitress gives good advice on dishes and is very kind. The red tuna skewer is excellent and very generous. The dish of the day: half duck breast was very good too. Thank you for this good time spent on the terrace, overlooking the lake.

Nice place but I find it a little expensive for what we eat hot shrimp and green salad 18th not much to eat when leaving I was still hungry

Sea bass ceviche with avocado, lemon and pomegranate, delicious, perfect fries and pleasant, fast service. The place is nice. Long life to you!

The Cofé in Maubuisson is undoubtedly one of my best discoveries on the Bordeaux Atlantic coast this year! Located on the beach, this restaurant and night bar offers much more than a simple gastronomic experience: it promises a beautiful immersion in a summer setting. As soon as I arrived, the view of Lake Hourtin transported me elsewhere. The atmosphere is peaceful during the day and vibrant at night. The perfect place to enjoy a sunny lunch or sip a cocktail under the stars. As for the kitchen, hats off to the chef! The dishes are both refined and generous, with a local touch that makes each bite unique. Fresh and local products are highlighted, which makes all the difference. But what makes Le Cofé truly special is its team. From the wait staff to the bartender, everyone takes care of themselves, making sure everyone feels good. I highly recommend Le Cofé to anyone passing through Maubuisson or to those simply looking for a pleasant place for an unforgettable evening at very reasonable prices. An address to follow for sure!

Tombés par hasard hier soir sur ce restaurant en arrivant à Maubuisson. Très bien accueillis par l’un des patrons des lieux dès l’entrée. Serveuse très sympa et les plats sont excellents. Nous nous solmes régalés merci beaucoup

Touristes de passage, voici nos impressions. Très bonne cuisine et accueil extrêmement sympathique, l'équipe est à l'écoute et tient compte et demande l'avis des clients. Tataki de bœuf, linguines au chorizo/poivrons et filet de bar avec crème chorizo: un régal ! Chèques ANCV acceptés. Nous recommandons !
