Incredibleeeeeeee! By far the best ice cream we’ve ever had! Omggg! We had lemon basil, rhum raisins, Rocher, vanilla (I’ve never seen so many vanilla caviar inside an ice cream), strawberry and peanuts. All of them were soooo delicious! I can’t wait to come back. A big plus, here you don’t see bright blue ice cream as the other shops do. Purely natural flavors and colors. Thank you!

This place truly deserves its 5 stars; the service is excellent and the food delicious. What a pleasure to visit this establishment whenever we're in Maubuisson! A wide selection! Go for it without hesitation!

The best ice cream in Carcans, I'd even say in the whole Gironde region. I've been everywhere and I've never had such a wide choice of flavors and quality. Absolutely nothing to complain about, a real treat!

It's always a pleasure to stop by this ice cream parlor when we're in Maubuisson. They've had a nice rebranding since last time (spring 2022). They have a great selection of homemade ice creams and sorbets. Enjoy them there or in the little park just 5 meters from the counter. It's fantastic! Just be prepared to wait on sunny days and make sure you have a hat. The staff does their best and is as quick as possible. See you next time! 👌🏻

28/06/2026: I would have given it 5 stars if the bread for the braised pork sandwiches had been better quality. But anyway... impeccable service, with a smile, good fries... the braised pork is always good... just the bread needs some attention 😊 WORTH HIGHLIGHTING: the price hasn't changed since last year, and that's really great!!
22/06/2026: Excellent welcome. Excellent service. The food is delicious. This is definitely a restaurant worth trying.
