It's located in a simply enchanting location, the rooms are clean and modern, the cuisine offers typical local dishes, and the staff is young and courteous, but completely disorganized.
It's a shame, because despite being dated, the property has been partially renovated, and in my opinion, it has considerable potential.
Room, nothing to complain about. Perfectly clean, everything you need.
The restaurant is unfortunately no more than 3 stars. The charcuterie board is perfect, but the trout is very doubtful that it's trout, and the salad with grated Beaufort cheese is a shame; it should be grated, making small cubes would be better. You can halve the amount you put in the walnuts, the same goes for the salad; too much greenery, which is a shame. Dessert is perfect.
Breakfast, nothing more, nothing less.
A little effort, and everything will be perfect.
I stopped by this lunchtime without a reservation and was very pleased with the welcome and the meal. It's a good thing this place was open because not many restaurants were open in Valloire at that time. Highly recommended.
