Le Commerce, France sur Pierrefonds

The place is cute, right in the center of Pierrefonds square. There's a small daily selection of dishes. We ordered an "Italian" burger, which was Italian only in name. The predominant flavor was basil, which overpowered everything else.

A fantastic team, attentive and caring, incredibly helpful in quickly serving delicious dishes prepared by a creative and generous chef. There was just one downside, though: one of the staff members, who stayed in the shade while everyone else was pacing 20,000 steps a day in the scorching sun these days, told me the day before yesterday that I could go somewhere else if the music was bothering me, since I was just a tourist... And he let us change tables, her being rather elderly and me on crutches... Top-notch! 👌 Last night he refused to give me an ashtray, claiming it was closing... I considered swallowing my cigarette butt! 🤣 All this right at the start of summer... It makes you wonder, doesn't it? 😉 If he wants, he can simply change careers... But honestly, after going there regularly for the past 10 days, for the friendliness of everyone and the quality of the food, it's OK 🙂 Forewarned is forearmed... 😜 (Oops, I forgot to tell him he'd remember my name... 😂)

Good evening, We left a dark blue fleece with a Bourbon logo on a chair today. My name is Cristina. Excellent meal, generous portions and delicious! Great atmosphere throughout the service. Special mention to the weekend staff who brought fantastic energy and really contributed to a great atmosphere!

1 SUPERB SAUSAGE ALIGOT WITH FRIES and Roquefort Sauce that I had the pleasure of eating a few years ago. And I still remember its "deliciously peppery charcuterie" flavor! A real treat enjoyed thanks to your restaurant! And what a magnificent view of the castle! A feast for the eyes as well!

Exceptional flank steak and mushroom sauce. Very generous portion.
