Wonderful establishment, we were warmly welcomed, very good food, I highly recommend it.

You must have a reservation—no exceptions. If you don’t, look elsewhere. They are very strict about this. Once we were seated and ordered, the food arrived in about two minutes. I honestly don’t know how it could have been prepared that quickly—it clearly seemed pre-made. The food was decent, but nothing special. We ordered the small raw beef tartare, which was enormous. I could only eat about half of it, and even that was a struggle. There was very little seasoning, so it was essentially just a large portion of plain raw beef. I’m not sure how anyone is expected to eat that much at once. We also tried the pork cordon bleu, which was tough. After trying pork versions at multiple restaurants and being disappointed, I think cordon bleu is better left to chicken. Overall, it wasn’t for me, and I wouldn’t return.

Friendly, welcoming, and very high quality. The three of us ate on the heated terrace. The gentleman at the reception was very welcoming, everything was explained clearly and logically. The service was perfect, both professional and friendly, with a touch of humor. The quality of the meal perfectly complemented the welcome and service; excellent. A reliable Colmar favorite, the best in the area.

It feels like a mountain cabin, despite being in the heart of Petite Venise. It's a place where the food is good, featuring everything from top-quality meat to fish. However, the menu isn't very varied, and I especially found the wine and beer selection very limited. What I found disappointing, however, was the lack of space for a noteworthy entrance. Overall, it's a nice restaurant and worth stopping here if you're in Colmar: just be warned, you won't find any non-meat specialties!
