Le Conty sur Beaune

16/02/2026: We dined at Le Fleury restaurant twice in September 2025 (both inside and on the terrace) and once in February 2026. The welcome was warm and very professional, and the staff were easy to talk to and friendly. The chef delighted not only our taste buds but also our eyes with the beautiful presentation of the dishes. The food was refined, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. You can taste the passion and heart behind the cooking, the desire to share it. As for the wine list, what can I say? We're in Burgundy, and it offers a fine selection from different estates. We weren't disappointed. In short, we thoroughly enjoyed our meals each time. Finally, our wolfhound was welcomed without any problem and even got her own bowl of "Château La Pompe" ;-). We will definitely return every time we're in Beaune.

15/02/2026: A wonderful discovery of a traditional restaurant. The cuisine is refined and high-quality, made with fresh ingredients. The welcome is warm. We stopped by on a Friday at lunchtime. The shepherd's pie, prepared in the Burgundian style, was delicious. And the French toast for dessert was simply perfect. We'll definitely keep this great place in mind for a future visit.
