The waitstaff were friendly and efficient. However, the crepe wasn't cooked enough, which made it rather bland, which is a shame because the place is lovely.

We've been coming to Le Coucaril for five years now, with pleasure, summer and winter, through the off-season and the peak season like now… This week, we've come twice and been scolded by the young woman at the bar for not being properly "arranged," and another woman who brushed us off when she served us… what a disappointment. (And on top of that, they forgot to serve our hot chocolate). We love the place, its delicious specialties, but frankly, this is pushing it… the comments we heard as we left, listening to other people who felt the same way… my daughters were so disappointed, especially since they always ask us to come to Le Coucaril after a day of skiing or hiking. Audrey, we'll be back, because we know you do a great job in the kitchen, but certainly not as often. ...while waiting to see the summer team... A good season nonetheless, with just a touch more friendliness it would be better... because otherwise it's still as good as ever.

Excellent old-fashioned hazelnut chocolate and a fantastic Christmas atmosphere.

Came to have a snack there, very nice with a nice shop. I recommend it but don't come too late, they are victims of their own success!

A quick stop at the tea room and ice cream parlor. A wonderful experience, the staff very pleasant, and the selection of products is very diverse. We had a milkshake, smoothie, and ice cream sundae. Nothing to say except excellent. I recommend this place, and thank you again to the staff.
