Quite random cuisine. It's good but not exceptional. The chocolate mousse deserves a little more rigor (did not hold together, not enough emulsified sugar grains...). My dish on the first day: beef steak, not at all hot enough and cooking was not required. Second day minced poultry: very dry but interesting sauce. A big plus for the brownie and the very efficient service. Room really too noisy for my taste. But overall it was good.

Very warm service from the young man, classic cuisine. A little vigilance on the soft-boiled egg menu announced instead of a poached egg, poultry (turkey) might as well be precise. Big difference in price between the daily special at €13 and €6 extra for a simple starter or dessert. A good canteen for lunch but for €23 for the complete package we expected a little more..
