We had an excellent lamb shank with perfectly tender vegetables. We received a very warm welcome and enjoyed the added bonus of live music. I highly recommend it.

We ate there as a party of five this Thursday, and despite the market's hustle and bustle, we received a very warm welcome. The food was good and beautifully presented, the service was quick, and the prices were very reasonable. I should add that we were seated inside near the kitchen and were pleasantly surprised by the calm atmosphere. No shouting, a consistently calm chef, and discreet servers. In short, a very enjoyable experience.

So, I came one evening for dinner and wasn't expecting much. We were rather uncomfortable, as the table was tilted. However, the service was pleasant and the staff were friendly. As for the food, I was rather disappointed: the portions were quite small. On the other hand, it was really good. I would still recommend it.

27/05/2026: It's a beautiful, timeless place in an equally timeless city. We're always warmly welcomed and happily return. The portions are generous and the food is healthy. I recommend it to anyone who enjoys disconnecting and relaxing. The region is splendid, especially for bike rides 🏍️ 😉
26/05/2026: I highly recommend this charming establishment. Every time we visit Nyons, we book the Hôtel Colombet for our stay. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable with classic decor. The service is impeccable. We felt so at home! The staff is discreet and attentive. As for the restaurant, it's a wonderful place to discover. The dishes are delicious and generous. The service is perfect. We will definitely return on our next trip to Nyons. A nice bonus is the shaded parking lot opposite the hotel, perfect for motorcycles.
