If you cannot arrive very early, it is better to book on Tuesday, market day. Around 15 people refused between 12 and 1 p.m. Otherwise, very fast service. Very warm welcome and good organization of the staff. The casserole was very good, but insufficient for an average eater. Everything else was very good. I don't give it 5 stars because of the price of the wines (very expensive), too bad! I recommend 😉

Je n'ai pas goûté tous les plats, mais ceux que j'ai mangés étaient PAR-FAITS ! Le nougat glacé en dessert était assez ordinaire, mais l'entrecôte était plus que parfaite, alors que c'est souvent très décevant dans trop de restaurants. Deux points très forts : 1) la qualité de la viande, très tendre et très goûteuse ; 2) ils ne trichent pas sur le poids, contrairement à beaucoup. J'étais de passage (autre point fort : c'est ouvert le lundi, y compris le soir, et vous pouvez venir à 20 heures). Si je repasse à Challans, même à un autre moment qu'un lundi soir, je ne chercherai pas un autre restaurant. J'allais oublier : facilités de stationnement juste à côté.

Menu original, patron super agréable. On passe un bon moment. Je recommande les œufs cocotte parfaitement réalisés. Service parfait, sourire et bonne humeur garantis. La secu devrait rembourser.
