14/09/2026: The music 🎶 is almost unbearable, I regret that there is no yogurt or compote, which is healthier and easier to digest than these "filling" cakes full of fat, in short, convenient but not for going there regularly.

12/09/2026: Always so welcoming, the food is good and there's a wide variety of choices, and the service is always top-notch – well done!

22/09/2026: The pizza was very generously topped with quality ingredients, and the thin, homemade crust was excellent. The service was top-notch and the prices were very reasonable!

01/09/2026: We went to Lucien's for the first time. Takeout. We ordered a delicious five-cheese pizza and a cheese platter. Everything was perfect! It lasts all day and is very reasonably priced.

13/09/2026: We will recommend everyone eat here.

12/09/2026: The dish was very well-presented and it was really tasty, however I ordered the octopus and I found it very stingy: only one octopus arm and as a garnish only a little sweet potato, a second octopus arm or more of an accompaniment would have been welcome…

23/08/2026: It's true, the place is unique. You feel like you're from the neighborhood. Honestly

10/08/2026: We like going there for a glass of good champagne, and the owner is really nice.

12/09/2026: Excellent restaurant in Challans. Very pleasant service. We've never been disappointed. From appetizer to dessert, a real treat. Highly recommended!

05/09/2026: Excellent restaurant discovered "by chance" delicious starters of tomato tatin and salmon gravlax... and a cod loin in a chorizo crust with glazed carrots or homemade fries absolutely divine: aromas, cooking, presentation...we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will undoubtedly return on a future trip to the region....

22/09/2026: Small place, but a huge disappointment since the change of ownership. The wait was far too long: the owner's wife was in the dining room, and the owner was in the kitchen for about forty people! Two andouillettes with fries and a quarter liter of wine cost €64 for two! The andouillettes were burnt, the fries dried out. The owner salted the food by hand and licked his fingers constantly! The owner called the dish "andouilles frites" (andouilles with fries). I had my doubts when she asked before paying, "Are you at the table with the two andouilles?" Was that humor or typical Challans cynicism?

11/09/2026: Friendly, charming, and with good food. We ate well there, and at a reasonable price. Plus, the lady who served us was really nice. I recommend it!

07/09/2026: The manager of this McDonald's is completely unprofessional. Just read the other reviews to see that this is a recurring problem. Speaking aggressively to customers while in the wrong, without even offering an apology, is unacceptable. Good luck to his staff who have to deal with this situation every day, as well as to McDonald's France, whose reputation is directly affected by this franchisee's behavior. Management intervention is highly necessary to correct the practices at this establishment.

07/09/2026: Very pleasantly surprised by the staff and service.

08/09/2026: A very wide selection, which is great and very much appreciated.

22/08/2026: A quality roadside and workers' restaurant, which is becoming rare. Set menu with a choice of two homemade dishes. It's always good. The starters and desserts are also homemade. The prices are very reasonable, the welcome is friendly, and the service is efficient. Note that the new team took over two years ago, so disregard the previous reviews.

09/08/2026: Everything was perfect, happy children, happy parents. Excellent service, the order was served quickly and completely, and the table service was top-notch. The staff were welcoming and friendly.

09/08/2026: Very good McDonald's, excellent service, very nice waitress, little waiting time, clean dining room.
