Excellent value for money. Excellent service: Anaïs does her job with passion and is very attentive to customers. We had a very good dinner, all the dishes chosen were delicious and the quality of the service was remarkable. Thanks to the Chef! Good luck to Anaïs and the rest of the team. We highly recommend. Return visit after first visiting in 2022. Staff could not have been more helpful or patient with our limited French. So friendly. Food was excellent. So good, we booked in again.

Un personnel charmant qui nous a réservé un bon accueil. Les plats étaient de qualité pour un prix raisonnable (30€ entrée plat dessert). On s'est régalés. Adapté aux familles. Le menu enfant très qualitatif également. Et le tout dans un cadre agréable et travaillé. En bref une super expérience.

Passing through this pretty town of Pau, we opted for the dolphin... Very pleasant welcome, thanks to J, the dishes are good and at a good price. This restaurant is really good.

We spent a week in Pau for our friends wedding and stumbled across this amazing and beautiful restaurant Le Dauphin. The setting was stunning and the atmosphere was perfect. We did our best to translate the menu but were lucky enough to be served by an English speaking waiter who recommend several dishes. The food was the best seafood I have ever experienced, so much so, we returned again to feast on the amazing selection of food. Thank you Le Dauphin!

15/12/2024: I went to this hotel through a weekendesk gift Pleasant and welcoming staff But a real lack of clarity in their explanations: they do not check your file and do not take the gift into account to such an extent that when we left they wanted to invoice us for the sum of €171. I asked them if it was normal even though it was basically a gift. So the reception staff started to check, a controller arrived even though I hadn't noticed that they had called. In the end I only had to pay €23.50. Really disappointed with this attitude, it's not worthy of a 5 star.

28/11/2024: My best restaurant to date in Pau center 👌👏 This bistronomic wine bar is a gem 🤩 I highly recommend Fresh and inventive cuisine, small but varied menu, friendly and welcoming team, and obviously a large choice of good wines. The only downside is the slowness of the service. The chef seemed overwhelmed by his success that evening 😏
