Exceptional! What can I say, except that everything was absolutely delicious from start to finish. I especially remember the curry: I had a vegetable curry, wow… I was almost jealous, it was so flavorful and refined. Having grown up eating my grandmother's curries in Mauritius, I can say that this one will stay with me forever, unforgettable! The staff is also incredibly friendly. Honestly, a wonderful discovery. I highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful time and the meal was excellent; we thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a bit warm inside, so we were able to have dessert on the terrace to enjoy the fresh air. The vegetable curry was as beautiful as it was delicious.

We ordered a main course and a dessert, both generous, flavorful, and original. Delightful surprises included the meltingly tender eggplant and the marigold ice cream. The organic, slightly sparkling Jurançon wine was also delicious. The waitress could be more confident; the service was impeccable! See you soon!

The food took a little while to arrive. Apart from that, it was perfect. Friendly service, refined and delicious cuisine, excellent wine. One of the top 3 restaurants in Pau in my opinion.

19/08/2026: My first lunch break at the Brasserie since the change of ownership, and I wasn't disappointed! A wonderful welcome: the waitress was so cheerful. We had the quick bite option, and it was delicious! All accompanied by lovely background music! I highly recommend this place for both the food and the atmosphere!

31/07/2026: Impressive from start to finish. Without a doubt, a truly 5-star place. Starter: We ordered the foie gras and it was, without exaggeration, the best we've ever had. Main course: The Canard Rossini is a must-order, a true marvel of flavor and texture. Grilled meat: The meat was perfect, but the potatoes, served as tartare, were simply amazing. Dessert: The crème brûlée was excellent and the perfect ending to the meal. The quality of the food and the service make for a perfect 10/10 experience. We'll definitely be back! Something that's often overlooked, the staff's service was 10/10—friendly and incredibly kind.
26/07/2026: Honestly, we went to this restaurant with a friend to see what it was like because we love meat and duck. We weren't disappointed; the portions were really generous, the meat was delicious, and the duck was excellent (yes, we each ordered two dishes because we're big eaters 😅). And honestly, for four of us, with a bottle of wine and two beers each as an aperitif, along with a charcuterie and cheese platter, we paid the equivalent of €50 per person. For the experience and the quality, it's fantastic value for money. The manager is very friendly and accommodating, and the young waitress and waiter are very kind, polite, and attentive. We highly recommend it!
