The cuisine is exceptionally refined and inventive, with the utmost respect for the ingredients. BRAVO! The wine list is excellent, with reasonable prices for the quality offered. As for the service, it's rare enough to warrant special mention… Smiles, attentiveness, kindness, and efficiency… Another BRAVO! We now eagerly await the menu update and its new surprises.

The place is lovely with a wonderful, cheerful atmosphere. The service was perfect, with a very attentive, smiling, and pleasant waitress who also had beautiful butterfly earrings 😉 The cuisine was exquisitely refined, full of flavor and wonderful textures. I highly recommend it. Thank you for everything 🙏🏻

Every time I'm in Pau, I enjoy returning to this downtown restaurant. The welcome is always warm and the service attentive, with a truly elegant simplicity. The chef's work is remarkable: an original and daring menu that reveals surprising flavor combinations, always perfectly balanced and executed. Each visit is a new culinary experience. A rare find that has become, over time, my go-to spot in Pau.

The food is truly excellent, with high-quality dishes. The service was pleasant, despite a slight delay between the main course and dessert, as often happens. The only real drawback is the noise level: the restaurant is quite noisy, probably due to the large tables and the density of the dining room. It's a shame, because the quality of the food deserves a more intimate setting. I would almost have preferred to pay 10 or 20 euros more on the bill for fewer tables and greater acoustic comfort. Perhaps sound-absorbing systems could improve the experience. In short: excellent food, but with a noise level more reminiscent of a brasserie than a restaurant where you truly want to savor the moment.

31/07/2026: Impressive from start to finish. Without a doubt, a truly 5-star place. Starter: We ordered the foie gras and it was, without exaggeration, the best we've ever had. Main course: The Canard Rossini is a must-order, a true marvel of flavor and texture. Grilled meat: The meat was perfect, but the potatoes, served as tartare, were simply amazing. Dessert: The crème brûlée was excellent and the perfect ending to the meal. The quality of the food and the service make for a perfect 10/10 experience. We'll definitely be back! Something that's often overlooked, the staff's service was 10/10—friendly and incredibly kind.
26/07/2026: Honestly, we went to this restaurant with a friend to see what it was like because we love meat and duck. We weren't disappointed; the portions were really generous, the meat was delicious, and the duck was excellent (yes, we each ordered two dishes because we're big eaters 😅). And honestly, for four of us, with a bottle of wine and two beers each as an aperitif, along with a charcuterie and cheese platter, we paid the equivalent of €50 per person. For the experience and the quality, it's fantastic value for money. The manager is very friendly and accommodating, and the young waitress and waiter are very kind, polite, and attentive. We highly recommend it!
