Le Dauphin... What can I say? A place where the food is always excellent. The mussels are a delight.
The terrace is very inviting and features a lovely little fountain.
The staff are super friendly, welcoming, and attentive.

A wonderful experience at Le Dauphin! The staff were friendly and pleasant… the cuisine, modern and specializing in fish, was flawless. I highly recommend it. Special mention for the €30 set menu, which is also available in the evening.

A truly wonderful discovery! A huge thank you to Zian, who took such good care of us throughout the evening. The food was excellent; we thoroughly enjoyed it from beginning to end. While the appetizers weren't quite to our personal taste, it didn't detract from the overall enjoyment of the meal. Special mention and a big thank you for the attention to detail with my personalized dessert. We will gladly return! :)

A truly wonderful discovery! This young chef, who took over the restaurant just eight months ago, offers a cuisine centered around seafood that is both refined and creative.
The flavor combinations are perfectly executed and a delight for the palate. The beautifully presented dishes are as pleasing to the eye as they are to the palate.
We also greatly appreciated the unique, nautical-themed setting, which creates a warm atmosphere that makes you want to linger.
And a special mention for the sorbets: absolutely delicious!
A truly wonderful experience, nothing to complain about. We will definitely be back!

Ideally located, Le Dauphin offers fish and seafood dishes that stand out in the Béarn region's duck-centric culture. And it's a triumph. Chef Zian Bodou delights us with magnificent sauces that perfectly complement the scallops or sole. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the waitresses are very attentive to their customers' well-being. The terrace, currently being renovated, promises to be a refreshing spot right by the fountain. In short, we had a wonderful time at a reasonable price. If you love fish, don't hesitate.

We came to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday and were greeted by the smiling and professional Auriane. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. The fish and seafood were divine. The scallops were exceptional. And we had a lovely chat with the owner, Zian, who clearly has a passion for sharing his cuisine and his choice of ingredients. A truly wonderful experience, and we can't wait to come back!
