We stopped for breakfast before heading to the beach. The welcome was fantastic, the pastries were excellent, and it was very clean. I highly recommend it.

My favorite bakery in Castelnaudary! ❤️ The selection of breads is excellent, with high-quality and truly delicious products. As a naturopath, I often recommend this bakery to my clients when we're discussing choosing good bread, because I know they'll find quality products there. The welcome is always warm, the selection is varied, and everything looks tempting. Special mention for the cinnamon buns… they are simply incredible! An address I recommend without hesitation.

Discovered today, even though my partner is from Castel... but I have a nose for real bakeries... the bread is very good and, what's more, they have the option of being very well-baked, just the way I like it... the little cakes are delicious 😋 and the service is great... the bakery was packed at lunchtime, which says it all!... I highly recommend it...

Good pastry chef, very decent bread. Very polite staff (they must have instructions!). Too bad it's closed in the afternoon...
