A modern and welcoming place. Nice furniture. The meal was particularly good, but the bavette steak was overcooked! It was bloody in the center but medium on the outside... a shame. The excellent flavor still made me enjoy the experience and finish my plate, hence the 4/5 stars.

A big thank you to Enzo who was incredibly efficient with the service, as I was in a hurry. I highly recommend this place; the cassoulet was excellent and the main course was very good.

A great place to eat in Castelnaudary. The food is good and beautifully presented. The cassoulet was particularly delicious. The restaurant is very spacious, both inside and out. There's also a bar. The service is quite fast.

01/11/2025: Extraordinary! It's pure madness to stumble upon such a restaurant in Castelnaudary. Don't hesitate: you'll be blown away! The chef? A real character—like Obelix, he fell into the kitchen as a child. The welcome and service are absolutely wonderful, sincere and warm. And the cassoulet… a symphony of flavors! A huge thank you to this magnificent conductor, a true master of cassoulet. I can't wait to go back and make my taste buds sing again!
19/10/2025: The cassoulet is excellent. All the products are locally sourced. The Audeline ice creams and their varied flavors: violet, rose, fig, cherry... The manager is very kind and attentive to our every need. He cooks and serves, hence the limited menu. I recommend it.

06/05/2026: Excellent fresh cassoulet, but a big disappointment with the duck foie gras Hello, In October, while passing through Castelnaudary, I purchased an excellent fresh cassoulet and a jar of whole duck foie gras from your store to eat for the holidays. See photo and references. This preserve turned out to be completely bland and very pasty. Is this a batch issue or was seasoning forgotten in the lab? Can you check this and get back to me if necessary? François ROUDIERE-LANGE
