I had the pleasure of dining at Le Diapason on a Saturday evening, and it was a truly memorable experience. Its location on the quayside, overlooking the Meuse River, offers a breathtaking view, especially when seated by the window. Upon entering, you're welcomed into an intimate bar, complete with comfortable Chesterfield armchairs and a small ethanol fireplace, creating a warm and romantic atmosphere. For our meal, we opted for the seafood menu, and each dish was a delight. The scallops were excellent, the fish remarkably delicate, and the sauces were perfectly complemented. The suggested wine pairing enhanced the entire experience, and the presentation was impeccable. In short, a highly recommended spot for an unforgettable experience. However, it's worth noting that the price may not be suitable for everyone.

A wonderful discovery tonight! I knew it by name but had never been there before. We reserved a table for two at 7 p.m. and received a warm welcome from the waitress, who was very professional, cheerful, and welcoming throughout the meal! The food was excellent, full of flavor and originality. A special note was the egg cooked at two temperatures, very surprising, a nice surprise. The meat was perfectly cooked! Good cocktails, excellent bread too. In the evening, three menus were available: a land or a seafood menu in 4 courses, or a special 5-course menu. We loved it and will return as soon as we have the opportunity! A big congratulations 👏
