Very nice place that accepts dogs. Average service which does not offer us the aperitif and goes to direct ordering. The lukewarm duck breast should warm it up for me. The puree aligot! The dessert is good but not too presentable, the dripping White Lady. In short, it’s still expensive for what it is with a Muscat or a Kir at €5! And no choice in dishes and desserts as far as the menus are concerned...at least the one at 21.50!! We came a few years ago and it was much better... too bad... I won't come back.

The restaurant is in an old barn with stone walls and nice lighting. The service and our dinner were both very good, with fresh ingredients and lovely flavors. It felt a little chilly when we got there but the fireplace they had going warmed up the room. We ate here because it was a two minute walk from the Chateau de Creissels where we were staying and it was convenient. Overall, a nice experience.

Maître restaurateur de qualité. Les prix pratiqués sont d'un très bon rapport qualité/prix au regard des mets fins et desserts savoureux servis dans un très beau cadre et au service impeccable. Une belle découverte.

We had a good time and enjoyed some good food. Very friendly waitress and good quality food. Bravo, we will go back with our eyes closed. Very clean establishment.

While passing through we stopped by chance and frankly very pleasant surprise, everything was well executed from starter to dessert, impeccable service I recommend 👍

The Roquefort tart was delicious. Unfortunately I was very disappointed by the cooking of the fish fillet and the prawns which were way overcooked. The dessert, a flaune, was the best I have eaten.

24/08/2024: For the first time, we (old and young) were all unanimous about this pleasant establishment. Convincing welcome, setting and location. Sufficient and free parking. Quality and varied products. Open kitchen. Price justified. In short, we will come back
24/08/2024: The place looks very nice, the setting is magnificent and the menu is tempting but... Failed, when we arrived from the canoe trip offered by the rental company installed on site, the café was closed! Too bad for an afternoon in the middle of August, and we weren't the only ones to regret finding the door closed... Maybe next time!

Hotel Restaurant Chateau de Creissels

18/09/2024: Charming hotel where we appreciated the calm, the view of the viaduct, the comfort and the availability of the staff.
18/08/2024: Beautiful place but a shame that the exterior facades were coated with cement so as not to leave the stone visible like on the tower. Garden maintenance is also a priority because of some weeds. Decoration not to our taste. On the other hand, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are very clean.
