Le Domino sur Draguignan

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The food was delicious, the cocktails were excellent and original, and the service was very welcoming. One of the servers even took the time to introduce us to different varieties of vanilla by letting us smell the pods – a real treat!

A very good experience at Domino's for lunch today. The service was attentive and pleasant. Our zucchini starter was delicate and refreshing. The main courses and desserts were also very good. The cuisine blends tradition and creativity. The portions are well-balanced. Good value for money, definitely worth trying if you're in the area!

A truly exceptional establishment! The beachfront room is spacious and very comfortable, and the bedding is fantastic. The walls are steeped in history. I'm so glad I found this little gem at the price of a room in an impersonal chain hotel. Speaking of staff... we received a very warm welcome. My only regret: not having had time to eat at the restaurant run by a Meilleur Ouvrier de France (Best Craftsman of France).

A wonderful discovery! We had a fantastic time at Domino. Chef Jacques Rolancy's cuisine, a Meilleur Ouvrier de France (Best Craftsman of France), is simply remarkable. The flavors are bold, perfectly executed, and exquisitely refined. Each dish is a true balance of creativity, precision, and indulgence. A cuisine that elevates the ingredients without ever altering their essence. A huge congratulations to the chef and his entire team for this truly wonderful experience. An address we wholeheartedly recommend!

A very pleasant surprise: spacious rooms, tastefully decorated and full of character! The restaurant offered exquisite and delicious food. A warm and attentive welcome. A truly excellent place to stay!

Excellent place. We hadn't been since the change of ownership in 2025. We were pleasantly surprised by the cuisine of Mr. Rolancy, MOF (Meilleur Ouvrier de France - Best Craftsman of France), and by the beautiful renovation, decor, and warm welcome from the owner. There's something for every budget: set menus from €23 to €70, and an à la carte menu that changes seasonally. Everything is homemade, of course. We had skate wing and pollack goujons (fish and chips style, but better), as well as an opera-style tart with melted chocolate and a coffee ganache. Special mention to the bartender who recommended a very good cocktail (a "Papa Chéri": rum, homemade vanilla syrup, passion fruit). A very enjoyable experience at a reasonable price. Don't hesitate!

I was expecting something better soon. I won't comment.

We had a fabulous evening enjoying the cool balcony, the peaceful courtyard, and the lovely staff! We missed eating at the restaurant, which looked delicious—we'll definitely be back! And the candlelight in the morning was a wonderful touch for my girlfriend. Thank you again for this lovely time! 💙🫶

A beautifully renovated old house steeped in history; a superb, peaceful, tree-shaded terrace—a rare find in Draguignan; flavorful and excellent dishes, beautifully presented; very pleasant service, a friendly owner, and equally friendly waiters and waitresses. I'd definitely go back, even with a large group; there's a spacious dining room.
