Servers: Very kind and welcoming, both the young woman and the young man. Diabolo and potatoes: When it's made with fresh lemonade that still has some bubbles, it's better. As for the fries, I think the cook spilled the herbs in the fries and was too lazy to change them, so he served them like that. -1 star. Atmosphere: Great, loud music, but it's fine; it's a bar. Dining area: Well laid out, red lighting, and it's actually really pretty.

An excellent and large range of craft and other beers. I think there were 18 on tap. Prices reasonable. Service seemed a little stretched, but remained friendly and with a smile. Didn’t eat there but what we saw going past looked good. Service is at the table, then you go to the bar to pay, when you might have to queue, although this moves quickly.

I recommend this charming Cherbourg bar. The atmosphere is great. A great bar in the best city in France (in all fairness). I really like the decor. However, I couldn't help but notice the presence of an "Antifascist" sticker next to the bar, among other stickers. For those unfamiliar with the antifascist movement, it's a misnomer because it is what it denounces: a politicized militia that attacks people with different values, justifying their actions under the guise of "antifascism." For the bar to remain a great place, it would be ideal if this kind of propaganda didn't appear. It's nitpicking, but otherwise everything is perfect. I can't wait to come back, and this time, in the evening. Good luck and long live the Mirage, which I hope will remove political propaganda from its walls!
