Overall, the food was refreshing and light, not greasy at all.
The most memorable dish was the potato wrapped with black truffle and served over fish. It was especially delicious, the fish was incredibly fragrant and melted in your mouth. I wanted more fish after just one bite! 🐟 The black truffle didn't have any earthy taste.
The desserts were also very good! Unfortunately, I was too full to eat more! They weren't overly sweet, and the cream paired with strawberries and other berries was just right to cut through the richness. 🍓
I brought my child along, and I was surprised that they received special drinks for them! 😭✨ Thank you!

Le Figuier de Saint-Esprit in old Antibes is the restaurant that earns its two Michelin stars with complete conviction. Chef Christian Morisset has been cooking Provençal cuisine in this beautiful old town house for years and the kitchen operates with the assurance of a team that has made this food so many times it has become instinct. The fig tree in the courtyard is the signature — you eat beneath it in summer and the whole experience has a dreamlike quality that the Riviera at its best produces so naturally. The cooking celebrates Provençal ingredients without apology — truffles from the region, fish from the boats at the old port minutes away, vegetables from the countryside behind the coast. The bouillabaisse is one of the definitive versions in Provence. The desserts — particularly anything involving local figs or lavender honey — are extraordinary. Antibes is underrated relative to its famous neighbors Cannes and Nice and this restaurant is part of why the people who know the coast best spend their time here.

I just learned that you've lost your Michelin star; what a shame! We dined at your restaurant this week and were delighted. The quality of the dishes, the skill, the flavors, the presentation, the friendliness of the staff... Amuse-bouche, starter, main course, and dessert for €118, all homemade, while others offer a Caesar salad for €27-30 and a chocolate fondant (often from a supermarket) for €10-12. It's outrageous! You'll have your star back next year.

Last night, I had the pleasure of dining with four people at Le Figuier de Saint-Esprit in Antibes, and we had an absolutely remarkable time.
