There are restaurants you discover... and then there are those you return to almost instinctively. Le Forum definitely falls into the latter category! During our week-long vacation in Ajaccio, we went back three times. That's how much we loved it. This time, I couldn't resist the mussels in cream sauce, and I can say without hesitation that they were among the best I've ever tasted: a smooth, rich, perfectly seasoned sauce with fresh, flavorful mussels. Add to that the view of Ajaccio's port, a warm atmosphere, and consistently pleasant and efficient service, and you have a place we wholeheartedly recommend. When you return to the same restaurant three times, even though the city is overflowing with options, there's a very good reason... and Le Forum is proof of that. We'll be back with great pleasure during our next trip to Corsica!

We had a week's holiday and ate there twice. We'll go back one last time tomorrow. It's a shame we didn't discover it when we arrived. The food is very good, especially the sea bream and cuttlefish. The chocolate mousse was enormous! 🫣 The service was excellent, the waiters were very friendly and attentive. Tomorrow won't be the last time; we'll be back on our next holiday!
